Delivery & Returns



  • 95% of ALL ORDERS are posted by 7PM on the NEXT WORKING DAY!
  • There may be busy periods or the odd issue where the order cannot be posted until the second working day, but these are in the minority
  • We solely use AN POST TRACKED POSTAGE on all orders and you will receive a notification by email once your items have been packed and labeled.  This is to ensure that you have full visibility of your order status right the way through the process and also ensures your orders are prioritised by An Post
  • If you have received a dispatch confirmation by email, you won't see tracking details until An Post scan them in at the depot.  So if you receive the dispatch email on an evening, or a weekend, it won't be visible on the An Post website until the end of the next working day when scanned.
  • If you have not received an email notification within 2 working days of making your order, please check your SPAM folder before contacting us  
  • If you have not received your order withing 5 working days of posting, please let us know and we will chase that up with An Post
  • If, on the extremely rare occasion an AN POST tracked delivery goes missing and is still missing after 30 days, a full refund will be given immediately after this date, or replacement items sent
  • An Post Tracked postage (WITHIN ROI) is expected to be delivered within 2 working days of the date received by An Post, however this may take longer during busier periods and we do not guarantee delivery within 'x' days because of this
  • Postage to COUNTRIES OUTSIDE OF IRELAND will take longer especially those outside of the EU as they will need to go through import checks.  Your packages are tracked, but please be prepared to wait a little longer than usual


  • If on the very rare occasion, your items have been damaged in the post, or you have received a faulty item please contact us to start the returns process
  • If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us for a quick resolution
  • Under EU legislation, you have the right to return UNOPENED & UNUSED ITEMS within 14 days of delivery if you no longer require the product.  We must stress that this only relates to unused and unopened please contact us to begin the process
  • No specific guarantee or warranty can be offered on 'consumable' products such as darts 'barrels', 'stems', 'flights' & 'points'.  Breakages caused after use are expected with darts equipment, however if you believe there is a fault with the item please contact us - eDarts Ireland Ltd.
